Ancient India, Harappan (Indus River Valley Civ. 3300 – 1700 BCE)

Mesopotamia (Ur III Empire 2112-2004 BCE)

Ancient Egypt (Old Kingdom 2686-2134 BCE)





Day 1:

A. Find background information on your civilization through lens of the 5 traits of a civilization: Specialized workers, complex institutions, record keeping, advanced technology and advanced cities.

    • Facts on File (Ancient and Medieval History Online)

B.  Review how to write a Notecard.


C.  Begin compiling Notecards
